Processing personal data
It is possible that we will process some of your personal data.
- This is always done within the context of your relationship with Transrad;
- We limit this to the data that is strictly necessary to provide a good service;

What personal data is processed?
Within the context of the relationship between you and Transrad, the following personal data may be processed:

For example: professional activity, current job, job title etc.
If you work for an organisation or a company that has a contractual relationship with Transrad (e.g. a supplier, client, instructing party etc,), we may use your professional data (e.g. work email address, work telephone number etc.) and your personal data (e.g. your surname, first name etc.) within the context of fulfilling this contractual relationship.
Purpose of the processing
Within the context of the relationship between you and Transrad, personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Client administration / management
- Supplier administration / management
- Staff and intermediary administration / management
- Accounts
- Dispute management
- Fulfilling agreements
- Implementing and completing transport assignments
- Etc.
If you work for an organisation or a company that has a contractual relationship with Transrad (e.g. a supplier, client, instructing party etc,), we may use your data within the context of fulfilling this contractual relationship.
Duration of processing
Transrad will only keep your data for as long as it is necessary to achieve and fulfil the purposes described under 2.2, unless a longer storage period is required or justified by law or another legal obligation.
Transferring your data to third parties
In some circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to third parties. More specifically:
- to companies with which Transrad works within the context of its activities (e.g. subcontractors, service providers etc.);
